Luxury Frontline 3 Bedroom Apartment With Outstanding Views

This 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious, with a generous lounge/dinning area, a fully equipped kitchen, a very spacious garden and patio area with BBQ equipment included, and all with stunning unobscured views. There is also use of a lovely communal pool.

 

Bedroom 1

Consists of a double bed with good sized on-suite bathroom containing bath and shower facilities, hand basin and a toilet. There are unobscured frontline views to the golf course from the bedroom. There is plenty of storage space for clothing and luggage. Fresh linen and towels are supplied.

 

Bedroom 2

Consists of 2 single beds. Ample wardrobe space is available for cloths. There are unobscured frontline views to the golf course. Fresh linen and towels are supplied.

 

Bedroom 3

Consists of 2 single beds. Ample wardrobe space is available for cloths. There are unobscured frontline views to the golf course. Fresh linen and towels are supplied.

There is lots of additional of storage space in the corridor adjacent to the Bedroom 2 and 3.

Bathroom No.2

Situated of the corridor outside the bedrooms, Bathroom 2 has a fitted shower, hand basin and toilet facilities.

 

Kitchen

There is a fully fitted kitchen for those wishing to self-cater. The also kitchen includes a washing machine.

 

 

Living-Dinning Room Area

The spacious living-dinning room area includes 2 sofas, a TV with over 30 channels in a variety of languages, and a DVD player, which can also used to play CD's. The table can be folded out to accommodate more people. There are unobscured frontline views to the golf course and hotel.

 

 

Communal Pool

Apart from the pool facilities that are available for use at the Hotel and Beach Club, there is also a communal pool and sunbathing area on the complex, (about a minute walk from the front door) with stunning views over the golf course.

 

 

Additional Accomodation

The apartment is furnished to sleep six people in the three bedrooms. However the spacious lounge does provide opportunity for additional sleeping space, should it be required. Alternatively, we are able to offer two additional apartments on the complex, comfortably sleeping at least 16 people.

Payment

A £100 deposit by cheque to secure booking; balance due 8 weeks before arrival, together with a £150 breakages deposit which will be refunded following inspection after departure.
